I am Tina Kirkpatrick, owner and operator of TK Contracting & Consulting Inc. As a certified Home Inspector, I bring extensive experience in construction, foundation inspections, and residential property evaluations. Before becoming a home inspector, I spent more than 10 years as a concrete foundation contractor in the industrial construction industry and worked as an Operating Engineer with Local 3. That hands-on experience gives me a strong understanding of structural and building systems, allowing me to identify issues that others may overlook. As a hardworking Italian and family-oriented professional, I believe in honesty, integrity, and treating people the way I would want my own family to be treated. I am certified through InterNACHI, AHIT, and IAC2 as an Air Quality and Mold Inspector, and I am committed to providing thorough, unbiased inspections with exceptional attention to detail. I take every inspection personally. I treat every home as if I were the buyer or seller myself because I understand that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person or family will make. My goal is not simply to identify defects, but to give my clients a complete understanding of the property's condition.
